In double sculls the under 13 crew of Jenny Arnold and Ellen Anthony suffered from equipment failure and the under 14 crew of Hannah Blair and Orla Millar managed to find the trees on this very difficult course. This disappointment was made up for though when Emily Derrig, Sarah Bennett, Ellen Anthony, Jenny Arnold and cox Kelley Doward won the under 13 quads. The girls sculled well and very determinedly to beat by 18 seconds a very nicely sculled quad from Evesham and by a very significant margin a quad from local rivals
